revolution'S wine Club: Terms & Conditions
There is no fee to join Revolution's wine club. You may join now and you will not be charged until your quarterly package is ready.
If packages are not picked up at the winery within 45 days of the card being charged, wine will be delivered to member's address on file and delivery fees will be charged to member's card on file.
Packages can be picked up at the winery after cards have been charged. Please note we send out an informative wine club e-mail prior to cards being charged and we then send out a reminder e-mail about our wine club pickup parties. We cannot hold wines past 45 days though we will do our best to accommodate extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us no later than 2 weeks in advance if you foresee an issue with a ship date.
The credit card on your membership account is charged the first week of our quarterly months, March, June, September, and December. The charge will be the retail value of your shipment, minus your member discount, plus any applicable tax and shipping charges.
Charges will vary with each shipment.
You must be 21 years or older to order and receive shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
Our wine club membership makes a great gift. We will send all membership materials to your gift recipient and your credit card will be charged for the packages. Your gift recipient can decide if they'd like to pick up their packages at the winery or if they'd like their wine delivered. Your gift recipient receives all of the benefits that come with being a member when you enroll them. Gift memberships are enrolled indefinitely and cancellations can either come from the gift member or the card holder by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Revolution's Wine Club is a perpetual membership until canceled. You may cancel at any time- in writing, by e-mail only, to email@example.com.
If a club package has been charged prior to our receipt of your written cancellation, you will be responsible to pay for that final shipment and no refunds are allocated.
Members may suspend shipments. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
While we do offer discounted delivery, should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier to Revolution Wines. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
All cancellations and address changes must be received in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All cancellations and changes must be received at least one week prior to the scheduled charge date in order to be applied to the upcoming package. We do not require credit card changes in writing. Important: you may be responsible for delivery charges and/or restocking fees if you neglect to contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date.
Wine is a perishable product. For this reason our delivery policy dictates that we do not deliver wine during periods of extreme high or low temperatures, or when we feel there is a high risk of spoilage. We make every effort to deliver wine club packages and any other ground shipments only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
You will receive e-mail notifications from our carriers regarding tracking numbers, estimated delivery dates, and deliveries.
While we make every effort to ensure your wine arrives in the same pristine condition as when it left the winery, we cannot control what happens to your shipment in transit. If you feel you have received a damaged bottle, please contact us immediately.
I am 21 years or older. As a member, I will receive packages from Revolution Wines throughout the year. I agree that Revolution Wines will charge my credit card for each package. My credit card may also be billed a delivery fee if I do not pick up my wines within 45 days of initial charge.
It is my obligation to notify Revolution Wines in writing of any address changes. Revolution Wines will not be responsible for delivery charges incurred due to misdirected packages.
I understand, if payment lapses for two consecutive quarters I may be force cancelled. After the second quarter of non-payment members are given 45 days to come in or call and update payment info, if not, members will be force-cancelled from the wine club and will be free to sign up again anytime.
I may cancel my membership by doing so in writing at any time to email@example.com. I will give a one week notice of cancellation prior to a quarterly charge and I understand that once cards are charged, there are no refunds given. Membership is ongoing, but may be cancelled at any time.
